I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11388103. The money showed back up in my account today, 4/12/16. However, I was previously promised by a company rep that I would have my refund on or before 4/11. When the money wasn't there yesterday, I filed this complaint because holding a customer's money for OVER 2 WEEKS for a simple return is a very UNPROFESSIONAL way of doing business. I don't care what their excuses are. I'm sure the company would've been more than happy to charge ME a late fee if I was late paying a bill. Although they offered me $20 off of a future purchase, this is not helpful to me because I will no longer be doing business with this company. The company needs to provide some additional compensation for the inconvenience, as I needed that refund to pay other bills.Ending on a positive note, both company representatives I spoke with on the phone were very friendly, respectful, and professional. It was not the representatives' faults that their company cannot manage to process simple returns. These reps simply didn't have the capability to solve the problem.

I have spoke with UPS regarding the claim outcomes. UPS was able to provide me details on the outcomes of each claim. Results are shown for each tracking number below.1Z9Y8419[redacted]1 - UPS was able to confirm the package was delivered incorrectly and approved claim to be issued. Replacement order 19701329 was sent to customer.1ZX04A1[redacted]61 - UPS found via their drivers GPS system that the package was delivered ot the correct address. UPS representative stated that a police report would need to be filed by the receiver in order to reopen this investigation.1Z99WA[redacted]579(replacement order tracking#) - UPS called receiver to start investigation process but UPS representative was hung up on by package receiver. This claim can be reopened if customer contacts UPS to dispute outcome.Due to the investigation outcomes no further action can be taken until customer files a police report for tracking number1ZX04A1[redacted]61 and reopens investigation for tracking number1Z99WA[redacted]579.
