Kayak Routes from Friday Harbor

You don’t need a guide to experience a few hours of kayaking on the beautiful waters around Friday Harbor.  Here are three trips, 4 hour, 2 hour, and 1 hour, that will give you an on-water experience while in Friday Harbor.   These routes are all in protected waters, and combine sections of undeveloped natural shoreline, and interesting views of waterfront homes and businesses.  The Hobie kayaks are safe for all ages, comfortable, and easy to use, even if you have never been in a kayak.

4 Hour Kayak Route- Port of Friday Harbor Marina, Brown Island, Turn Island State Park (picnic and hiking), Kansas Cove, Shipyard Cove, inner harbor
